Shipping Policy

Phire Gigno Limited ("PhiréGigno," "the company", "we", "us").
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Archival Preparation: Original artworks and print editions undergo a final quality inspection and archival stabilisation before dispatch.
Tracking: Original artworks shipped via express courier will receive a confirmation email with a secure tracking link once dispatched. For print editions and branded merchandise fulfilled through our print partner, tracking availability varies by destination and carrier. Where tracking is available, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Origins and Global Fulfilment
Original Artworks: Shipped directly from the Artist's studio, primarily from Nigeria or the United Kingdom, via express courier.
Unframed Giclée Prints: Fulfilled through our print partner and dispatched from the facility nearest to your delivery address.
Framed Canvas Prints: Fulfilled through our print partner and dispatched from the facility nearest to your delivery address.
Branded Merchandise (Tote Bags, Journals, Calendars, Greeting Cards, etc): Fulfilled through our global print-on-demand partner network and dispatched from the facility closest to your location.
Shipping Restrictions: We are currently unable to ship to the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (including occupied territories), and Zimbabwe.
Delivery Estimates
The following are estimated timeframes from dispatch. All estimates are subject to carrier performance, customs clearance, and destination country conditions.
Original Artworks: 4–5 business days via express courier.
Unframed Prints (Limited & Open Editions): 4–5 days via standard shipping.
Framed Canvas Prints: 9–11 days via standard shipping.
Branded Merchandise:
- Tote Bags: 4–29 days depending on destination
- Calendars: 9–11 days
- Other merchandise: 4–29 days depending on destination
Please note: The wide delivery range for certain merchandise reflects the global nature of our fulfilment network. Orders are routed to the facility nearest to you, but transit times vary significantly by destination country.
Nigerian Export Clearance (NCMM): Original artworks dispatched from Nigeria are subject to mandatory inspection and certification by the National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM). Whilst we facilitate all necessary permit applications, this government-mandated process typically adds 3–7 business days to our standard processing time. You will be notified once your acquisition has received its official Clearance Permit.
Bespoke Delivery Notice: For all custom, commissioned, or bespoke works, delivery timelines are estimates and remain fully subject to the Artist's production schedule.
Shipping, Risk, and Title
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery address, the item type, and the applicable courier or fulfilment service. The shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase. This does not include local import fees or customs duties, which remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Transfer of Title: Legal ownership (Title) of the artwork or item passes to the Buyer only once Phire Gigno Limited has received payment in full.
Transfer of Risk: Notwithstanding the transfer of title, the Risk of Loss or Damage remains with the Company until the item is physically delivered into the possession of the Buyer or a person identified by the Buyer to take possession of it.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Buyer Responsibility: Import duties, VAT, and local customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Regulatory Compliance: In accordance with international trade rules, previous de minimis exemptions (e.g., the EU €150 threshold) have been removed. Every international parcel may be subject to a flat customs handling fee plus local VAT or tax upon entry to your country.
Non-Payment and Abandonment: If a shipment is returned to our studio or fulfilment centres due to a Buyer's non-payment of customs fees, the Buyer will be held fully responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% administrative fee.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Phire Gigno Limited is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Any additional costs for courier redirection or re-shipping due to customer error will be borne entirely by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon physical receipt.
Visible Packaging Damage: If the external packaging or crate arrives visibly damaged, please explicitly note this with the courier upon signing for the delivery.
Inspection and Reporting Window: To align with our Returns and Art Preservation Policy, any damage to artworks must be reported to the studio in writing within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Damage to branded merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Evidence Required: Claims must be submitted to studio@phiregigno.com within the applicable window, accompanied by a continuous unboxing video (where external packaging damage is suspected) and high-resolution photographs of the packaging and the item. Please refer to our Returns and Art Preservation Policy for full evidentiary requirements.

Policy Revisions and Governing Terms
Phire Gigno Limited reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. For any given acquisition, the active terms and conditions at the exact time of purchase shall govern that transaction. Continued use of the Website or subsequent acquisitions of artworks following any updates constitutes your explicit agreement to be bound by the revised policies for all future transactions.
